I host websites and automate the busy work.

For small businesses that want a real person handling the tech side. Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Two things.

Hosting

From $15 / month

Your website, online and updated. I handle the security, backups, renewals, and the calls when something acts up. You get a real person who knows your site by name.

Automation

Quoted per project, from $500

The repetitive tasks your team does every week — sorting email, copying numbers between systems, watching for new reviews — done by a script that runs while you sleep.

A few things I've built.

If yours isn't here, ask. Most started as a "could you do something about this?"

New review? Get a text.

The moment a Google review shows up for your business, it hits your phone — with a draft response ready to send or edit. No more checking once a week and forgetting to reply.

Inbox handled by morning.

Routine customer emails sorted, archived, and answered with drafts waiting in your inbox. You walk in, skim, hit send. The handful that need real attention are flagged.

Vendor invoices, in your spreadsheet.

Drop a PDF invoice in a folder. Vendor name, date, total, and line items show up as a row in your tracking sheet. Even the ugly scanned ones.

Stripe to QuickBooks, automatic.

Every online payment lands in QuickBooks correctly categorized — fees, refunds, all of it. Your bookkeeper stops sending strongly-worded emails.

Lead form that actually works.

Someone fills out the form on your site and within seconds you've got a Slack ping, a calendar hold, and a confirmation email already on its way to them.

Eyes on competitor pricing.

Daily check on a few competitor websites, with an email to you only when something changes by more than a little. Skim it with your coffee instead of clicking around.

About.

I'm Tony Moon. I ran an IT shop in Eau Claire from 2010 to around 2014, then bought a used-car lot and ran it for ten years.

The lot taught me what software is supposed to do for a small business — and what it usually does instead. So I'm back, doing the IT side again with the lessons baked in.

One person. Real answers, usually same day. No support portal.

Got something for me?

Send a paragraph or two — what you're running, what's bugging you. I'll get back the same day, usually within hours.
